Today's Visit to the Doctor

Today was our first prenatal appointment.  It really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.  We both had our list of questions to be answered and other than the few questions regarding what I should eat, how should I exercise, can I still take my hair vitamins, etc., my questions were few.  They took 6 viles of blood, a urine sample, conducted the pap smear and read a packet full of information to us....a little overwhelming, but I appreciated the thoroughness!
